Brandon James Meet Janzen Jackson

There are a couple of columns coming from me today. So sit tight. In the meantime, watch the above video several times. I'd also suggest looking at the Florida fans in the end zone. Their faces are priceless on this hit.

By the way, thanks to LSU fans for Jackson. He's going to be another first-rounder in the secondary.

I think it's sweet you guys found something in the loss to get so excited about.

Good for you.

How the mighty have fallen. Looking for moral victories against SEC East foes. Articles entitled "Everyone Was a Winner". Yeah, except for the fact that Tennessee lost.

I'll assume the youtube video of Tebow crushing Berry back about 4 yards is being posted next? Oh, it's not? In that case, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVEr_Bg8wI8

Oh you Florida fans...how fickle are you becoming? Do you even realize that Tim Tebow won't be your QB anymore in less than 4 months? These teams were almost even if you take away Tebow and Crompton. We will catch up to your talent and it will only have taken us 18 months for Kiffin to do so. We have absolutely no depth last weekend and could have made more of a game out of it if we weren't starting a handicaped QB. And how about the media talking about our 1-2 team more than your two time undestructable National Championship team? That doesn't sting at all? Right. We might have lost this battle but I think most agree that we won the perception war. If you think this year ya'll were out for blood, wait til you see Knoxville next September 18. Good luck versus Kentucky, Urban will still be letting Kiffin do jumping jacks in his head up until the 4th quarter.

Clay: This reflects the soft bigotry of low expectations of the Vol Nation. Your db taks on a dwarf and the dwarf pops up angered that he dropped the ball and the Janzen Jackson comes staggering out of there like he just went 15 rounds with Clubber Lang.

Meanwhile, Eric Berry is still trying to explain away how he got crushed by Tebow and it really wasn't as bad when he looked at the replay.

Also, for all the laurels thrown at Monte, the Gators didn't bring out the punter until 5 minutes to go. One punt out of 10 third down situations isn't a winning plan; it is someone trying not to lose. Not even Vandy plays that way.

Man, Gator fans, so bitter.

These responses are indicative of Gator fear. Something I haven't seen in years.

First response, funny name, but it was a lacerated tongue.

Florida fans are nervous for the future... no Tebow in 2010... no Meyer in 2010? Everything in sports is cyclical... this is Florida's time right now... won't be soon...

Clay: I was going for humor, not historical fact.

The BJ v JJ was a good hit.

lol...only Tennessee fans can be delusional enough to be talking trash about a "moral victory" in which their team never, ever, ever looked like they had any chance at winning the game.

Yes, Tebow will be gone in 4 months. Yes, tougher times will come. But we'll have 2 (or maybe even 3 if we get lucky) National Championships to remember, and there's no chance in hell it'll get as bad as it was last year and will be this year at UT.

But it's cute that you guys think we're afraid of a program that hasn't won an SEC title since '98.

On Rocky Top When Clay Travis, acclaimed author of Dixieland Delight, decided to spend the 2008 season up close and personal with UT football, he—and every other college football aficionado—thought he was in for a rollicking ride with one of the leading contenders for the national title. After all, when the Vols kicked off the season on September 1, the defending SEC East champions were ranked 18th in the country. As head coach Phillip Fulmer prepared for the game, he reflected upon a coaching career that included an astounding 147 victories, two SEC championships, and a national title. With 34 years at UT under his belt as both a player and coach, the Tennessee native had just signed a contract extension that projected to keep him at the university long enough to become the winningest coach in program history.

Dixieland Delight There is no college ball more passionate and competitive than football in the Southeastern Conference, where seven of the twelve schools boast stadiums bigger than any in the NFL and 6.5 million fans hit the road every year to hoot and holler their teams to victory.

Man Book The newly favored man is not really a man at all, but a hairless, effeminate, germ-fearing, non-meat-eating, exfoliating, wristband-wearing woman of the worst order. We as men are told that we must embrace the sacred feminine in ourselves, even if it doesn't actually exist, and become the very quintessence of woman, plus penises. This situation is untenable. This trend must stop.

Vanderbuilt Law Clay Travis is the only former student manager in the history of college athletics to marry an NFL cheerleader. He managed to pull this off despite an irrational affinity for the television shows Dawson's Creek and My Super Sweet 16. While being raised in Nashville, Tenn., Travis developed a healthy obsession with college sports and Alyssa Milano. As a teenager his greatest accomplishment was taking a doo-rag wearing Luke Duke (balling as Tom Wopat) to the hole at the Nashville YMCA. In the midst of a stellar legal career during which he specialized in rewarding the unjust and punishing the oppressed, Travis began writing for CBS Sports's SPiN section in September 2005...
